Our Effective Clearance Procedure

Upon receipt of shipment details and/or documentation, we telephonically and electronically track cargo in order to establish estimated time of arrival and current shipment status. Once established, these details are verified with the relative Port and Carrier authorities in order to ensure the accuracy of details.

Upon retrieval of accurate details, a comprehensive shipment update is forwarded to the client advising them of arrival /departure of consignment, simultaneously, relevant documentation is requested and chased with regular follow-ups.

Upon receipt of required customs clearance documentation, customs clearance is processed and delivery to client is arranged accordingly. Simultaneously, the client is forwarded regular shipment updates, until they have confirmed receipt of cargo to their satisfaction and outstanding equipment is returned to the respective parties.

Thereafter, the shipment is immediately invoiced. A copy of the invoice, accompanied by a copy of the customs clearance documents, is mailed to the client. The original invoice and original customs clearance documentation is then couriered as arranged with the client.
